The stay was comfortable, featuring a spacious and clean room, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. the lack of an elevator made accessing our room difficult, especially with heavy luggage. Dining options could use more variety for dinner, although breakfast was quite enjoyable.

The hotel was well-maintained, and the staff was super friendly. The breakfast was great, and the cozy atmosphere made our stay memorable. Highly recommend for group trips!

rowton castle is a beautifull place, the gardens are so nice for walkin. we loved the balwin room, super comfy and spacious. breakfast was amazin and the staff were all really nice and welcoming too. cant believe how clean everything was, just perfect.

the only bummer was that the wifi was kinda slow in our room. also, we wished there were more options on the dinner menu.
